I believe that 'Transition to Clarity' is a goal for most of our current and prospective customers. Certainly, a strong, integrated business system with a unified source of financial and operational data lies as a base requirement to achieve the clear and concise reporting needed to support business decisions today. Our current customers enjoy this level of transactional integrity today, and restoration of a common view of performance is typically one of the driving forces behind a business system migration. Consistent and reliable information is the first step towards clarity.

What is it that allows these companies to move into the special environment where they can grow and prosper by becoming a most favored supplier to their customers? The past few years have been a very challenging time for any of us in business. Those of us that are in sales are on the front lines of the fight to survive in a difficult economy. In my position selling business management software systems, I am speaking with business owners and managers about their plans for the next few years and it is amazing how different the responses are from one company to the next.
